Unimart is a product developed and managed by Powerweave Software Services Private Limited (PW). Unimart is used by Unilever for managing purchases of marketing materials from its suppliers.
PW is responsible for maintaining and supporting Unimart to ensure Unilever can place orders from its suppliers. Hence, Unilever has implemented a marginal transnational fee of 0.3% on the monthly orders received by the Suppliers from Unimart, to support the operation, maintenance and future developments of Unimart.
i.e. Supplier shall be charged a transaction fee of 0.3% of the aggregated order value of DO's which have been “Received” crosses Euros 25.000 (Euros Twenty Five Thousand) or above.
While on-boarding new supplier on Unimart, a pop message including the 'Terms and Conditions' is sent to the supplier account. If accepted, only then the supplier is allowed to access the system and a confirmation email is sent to the suppliers email (confirmation email and Terms & conditions attached).
